Description: I needed some support working with a colleague who did not want to get involved with the tech side of the project.  

I Read the book 'Quiet Influencers' to think about how introspected people work and how to collaborate with them.

Feelings: I am pleased that I asked an experienced member of the team to come to the meetings. She was able to advise me on the way to handle the meetings, asked questions at the end about anything I had missed and was able to give me feedback following the meetings.   

Evaluation: of the experience, both good and bad: I am beginning to understand the benefits of teamwork as time saving exercises for the future. Doing everything myself may be quicker short term but long term, gains can be made through connections made. 

Analysis: to make sense of the situation: I need to use the expertise of others, such as people who have created challenges on Beanstack before and reuse their templates. 

Conclusion: The project is moving along and I have made more professional connections with IT department in my schools and others. 

Action plan:  I explained to my line manager that the implementation of the project needs more time because doing a masters study involves further reading and reflection so Beanstack cannot just happen next week. She understood, and  I will set realistic timelines for people in the project.
