“mental illness” i used to have mental suicidal thoughts almost for 2 years and more. I really feel like i should go see the psychiatrist for my own sake of life. But im too scared. i think that having problems is a sign of weakness. i also feel embarrassed to see a psychiatrist. sometimes i afraid that someone may find out that i’ve been to a psychiatrist. i don’t like people see me like im the weakest person in the world as i can’t handle my own problems. No one knows how much I'm struggling and how much I just want to give up. I'm so sick of trying to be strong all the time, its exhausting. So this song “breathe” by Mackenzie Ziegler helped me a lot before this. Ussually i’ll keep my problems to myself and no one comforts me when i cry and hug me. i hate feeling alone everytime but this song encourage me to stay alive. i feel like i have “someone” as my support system. this song helped me realize the fact that l've gone through the worst parts of my life and im still here with a smile On my face I'm proud that made it this far. i know that i still have so many things that i need to do. “I know sometimes you might fall on your way”. I just realize actually it just a part of my life. i can’t be afraid to fail. It’s the only way you succeed. im not gonna succeed all the time and i know that. “Go on, go on, breathe in” im so thankful because this song helped me to stay alive at my lowest moment.
