As an Early Childhood Educator, my philosophy mainly influenced by CONSTRUCTIVISM and BEHAVIORISM. My philosophy emphasizes hand-on-activities which focuses on human behavior. 

I believe, the primary purpose of educating children is to give a proper foundation. Proper foundation is possible by creating a curriculum which gives important to hand-on learning where children will be encouraged to actively participate in the lesson. 

Through out my career I learned that , all the children are not same but all off them have right to learn. My aim is to bring positive attitude towards learning. Teacher Suma ," I can do it .." this is the most inspiring words for me as a teacher. To see my children are learning. 

I could achieve the positive attitude by letting them to do mistakes. Usually children afraid of make mistakes because parents will scold or teacher will punish. My main idea is to let them make mistake , as a teacher I advice them and let them correct themselves. I dint use red pen often. At the same time I allow children to express themselves. There are no right or wrong ideas. 

Teaching is a life long process , I have learned a lot matters from my children especially to live in the moments. They thought me to let go my worries. I will never let my moments pass without laugh with my children. 

It is my responsibilities to make sure every child succeed and will never give up on even a single student.
