Usually Sculptures that are placed in a garden is made of waterproof and strong materials such as plastic, bronze, metal and more.

From what I saw, I think sculpture gardens are usually located either outside in a garden or sometimes inside the gallery itself. 
4 What size are the works in the gardens? 
The artworks in a garden are often huge and noticeable, at least above your waist.
5 How are the gardens landscaped? 
The gardens are usually seen as a natural environment.
