         <description><![CDATA[<p><br/></p><p>Some services of this project were undertaken by 'TOBIN' Consulting Engineers. </p><p>As the Lead Consultant on this project, TOBIN Consulting Engineers received the<strong><em> 2017 ACEI Design Excellence Award for Innovation</em></strong> for this landmark project.
