Communication. Don't know about the reaserch that your collegues are doing. Have research seminars. Meetings with collegues and discuss what everybody is doing.

Short BIOs of people.

Involve students in your own research. (Thesis, research papers)

Interdisciplinary topics in subjects. Bring this into programme agendas.

Open-ended exam questions so students can demonstrate wide knowledge.

Include experienced staff in lectures in the first year. They can create interest in their subject area.

Keeping records- Minutes of group meetings. Need to  cover specific topics regularly.  Ethics and other key issues. 

Special courses on articles. Advanced in-depth courses. Problem identification. Advanced article based teaching.

Researchers could propose ways to have their work presented in classes.

Having specialised courses later on in the programme so that they are more interested in the topics and can relate to their thesis. And continue to master level.

Have lessons in the estonian programmes that are carried out together. 

Feedback from international students is lower. Identify the reasons. 
Difference on expectations. Should deal with expectation management.  They expect their studies to be easier.  Entrepreneurship course could be used to compare the results in different groups.
