FASHION DESIGNER

The suitable candidate should possess a sound education and 3 years' experience in similar capacity in reputed garment factory/buying officer or at least 3 years' experience in charge position.

Fashions designers get experience in  internships  with the opportunity to know the design and knowledge of textiles and colors and how to the industry works. You need to be responsible for their work. You must follow new fashion trends 6 months in advance, sketch everyday by hand or computer. You must source fabrics and decorations, working with textile manufactures and customers.

Salary negotiable an attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidates.

Education:

Fashion designers can earn a Bachelor’s degree in fashion designing. A double degree in business, merchandising, and marketing can allow one to start their own business. This degree allows one to have sewing, patternmaking skills, use of colors, textiles, and learn about upcoming trends. A background in fashion design study can allow one to understand the fashion production process in a better way and also understand clients’ preferences

Required skills:

Creativity, ability to work in design backgrounds and software, good idea on global fashion trend, good knowledge on materials & there properties, small scale cutting making skill and strong imagination skill will help one grow in this field.

Good personnel management skill, motivational skill, ability to work in team, good analytical ability, and great patience to look at subordinate problems would help one to build career in garments industry.

Personality and attitude:

Fashion designers may work in a variety of settings, either as independent practitioners, or they may work for large commercial retail companies, or as costume designers in the entertainment industry. Personal characteristics should include an eye for detail, a great deal of creativity, and an ability to get along well with a variety of personality types. Fashion design can also be a highly competitive industry, so confidence and a go-getter attitude is vital to success.

To become a fashion designer, you need to have such certificates, appropriate skills and responsibilities that make you be suitable for this job.

First, it's back pain. This incident is caused by workers sitting and working with the wrong posture. Workers have to work for too long and sit in one place. This condition, if prolonged, can lead to health and productivity problems. I suggest that the company should provide enough chairs that are wide enough for workers and that the chairs have backrest and legroom.

Second, I see that our factory is still messy, and the allocation of work is not reasonable. I think the company should provide each sewing machine with a garbage bag and need to provide a small box to set up need to provide a small box to put up the needle, bobbin, thread...

In addition, the company should have some time Take short breaks so that employees can relax and exercise to work more efficiently. That's all.
