1.) Individual class tickets- put in bucket.  Pick out as weekly reward.  Pick out a ticket to enforce class engagement.  If  not paying attention, don't say students name, just say oh that person isn't ready right now.  If name picked is ready, find small incentive prize, or extra ticket.
