<title>It seems like Jack and Ralph have different point of views on how to solve their problem on the island. We could possibly do a game board where the players have a choice if they want to be on Team Ralph or Jack and who ever wins, was the better leader for the boys.</title>

<title>Ralph seems very optimistic due to his ignorance in the fact that he believes that his father will just know to save him. In order for him to survive he needs to grow up and accept that they will not being anyone to save them. This could be a potential plot of Ralph realizing that he and the rest of the boys have to work together in order to make it out alive.</title>

<title>These boys are used to following rules made by either their parents or the the laws that are in place. On this island there are no rules and it seems that they will rebel or act differently than normal because they are kids. I believe that at the end they will have to work together and this whole book is telling the story about the learning curve of finding out what works best for them to survive.</title>

<title>Piggy seems like he has a lot of insecurities and that he seems to be pushed around and made fun of. I think in a section of the book Piggy will get fed up and react aggressively against the boys are seclude himself. The difference of him being pushed around at school and at home and being pushed around on the island is that this is a life or death situation and everyone is really on their own and Piggy will have to stand up for himself. -Hailey</title>

<title>the author uses a lot of imagery. He goes in depth on what jack looks like staying at the beach in the hot sun. For example, &quot;his sandy hair, considerably longer than it was when they dropped in, it was lighter now. His back was a mass of dark freckles and peeling sunburn.&quot;. We can use these descriptions for our illustrations for the poster or possibly the game. </title>

I think Simon will be an important character later or possible cause a turning point of climax. He goes off and has pauses from the plot which is kind of suspicious. </title>

<title>in chapter 4 and 5 , there are many aspects that contrast between the way that Ralph behaves and his actions vs Jacks behavior and actions. They also have different outlooks on life on the beach. Ralph believes in responsibility and following the rules, in contrast to Jack who&#39;s main goal is to hunt and believes there is no point in following the rules when they are all free. </title>
