3. Students are number one, always remember that. Do what is right for them, not what is easier for staff.

6. Created a science committee to discuss teaching science more regularly and identify a curriculum as we move forward. 
7. Support from CAS, district, and NPA mentors. Their knowledge and experience is priceless. 
8. Learning everyday helps me to be a better leader. Being that learning leader validates to my staff that I walk the talk. 
9. Being a part of PD and data teams, validating the time spent learning that it is important for everyone including me. 
10. Everyday is awesome. Learn every day, Be positive everyday, Model everyday.
