HOW TO DO IT?
At the beginning I didn’t know where to start. And in September I started a meticulous search of everything I had to know about the disease I have been suffering for over 15 years.

First step, I have been to realize that although with a healthy life and taking my medication I can not find myself well.

Second step, a search for respect. HOW? By Internet, basically on Instagram, following people who are dedicating their lives to solve anti-immune illness, since they have suffered it and they decided to share their lifestyle.

Third step, When I known everything you would have to do.
My reaction was panic, because I have millions of habits that are not good for me. 

In the moment that I felt panic I stopped my search, but I think that this year I have an important resolution that I must try.

I do strength exercises and that has gone very well for me.

As for food, on the one hand I already have a healthy diet based on vegetables and proteins. But on the other hand it has not gone so well because I would have to stop drinking coffee, stop consuming wheat and I have not achieved it and this makes my intestine continue inflamed.

The main character is a boy who live with his grandmother. She tells him many stories about witches, specifically how to recognize them so he will be safe from them. Aside from a few distinguishing physical characteristics because witches look like human women, but are awful creatures that are really dangerous for children.

This Term P5 children are learning about Castles and I have created different activities for the psychomotor class. For example Tag games, cooperatives games or some symbolic activities.
They have danced a "Medieval dance", they have put costumes on to pretend to be different member of a kingdom and they did different physical activities than medieval people used to be at their time. This year at my school there are two linguistic assistants who come from England and speak only English. I sometimes eat with them and I practice my English.
I also work with two other people who one is from India and the another is from South Africa, who speak with the rest of the teachers in English. I currently use 3 platforms to watch series and film, HBO, Netflix and Amazon Prime. I try to watch series in English, I usually chose short series and that these will not very complicated, For instance,
