Hypertension is abnormally excessive blood strain withinside the arteries, that are the blood vessels that convey blood from the coronary heart to the relaxation of the body. As the coronary heart beats, it forces blood thru the arteries to supply vitamins and oxygen to the relaxation of the body. The electricity of the blood pushing in opposition to the artery partitions is blood strain, that is measured in gadgets known as millimeters of mercury. The causes of hypertension are unclear in around 95% of instances. This type of hypertension is known as essential hypertension. Secondary hypertension is defined as hypertension caused by an underlying ailment such as blood vessel malformations that restrict blood flow, kidney illnesses that affect the quantity of fluids and salts in the body, or issues with hormone-producing glands such as the adrenal glands or the thyroid gland. Familial hyperaldosteronism, pseudo hypoaldosteronism type 2, Liddle syndrome, and tumors known as paragangliomas all have hypertension as a prominent characteristic. According to the studies, up to 30–50% of the variance in hypertension readings may be heritable, and an increasing number of unusual illnesses has led to the discovery of unambiguous and causative Mendelian mutations. The smooth Gaussian distribution of hypertension in the population, on the other hand, shows that these mutations are unlikely to have a substantial influence, and that, instead, several tiny genetic effects are likely to be contributing to or increasing susceptibility to high blood pressure levels. With the arrival of the genomic age, it is now widely understood that hypertension is a complex characteristic with a polygenic base and etiology.

High blood pressure is often referred to as the silent killer because it appears without symptoms yet seriously damaged the heart, blood vessels and kidneys. The impact of exercise on hypertension has been well researched, and it is proven that over time, exercise can lower blood pressure and control high blood pressure, and that lack of exercise significantly increases the risk of developing hypertension. According to (Odle, 2017.) Most people with hypertension have a mild increase in blood pressure that can be treated with exercise. In the article “Blood pressure and exercise” The author explained how exercise has an important effect on the cardiovascular system. The exercise program should be a routine that consists of aerobic and resistance exercises for 30 minutes most days of the week. Hypertension is Abnormally high arterial blood pressure; usually defined as systolic pressure of 140 mm Hg or above or diastolic pressure of 90 mm Hg or above. The results of this research have found that regular exercise gradually lowers blood pressure over a period of weeks to months, decreasing diastolic pressure by about 10 mm Hg, and lowering systolic pressure about 5-10 mm Hg. In conclusion, the more the exercise the less the blood pressure. These recent studies have provided insight into how exercise can positively affect lowering blood pressure and preventing it.

As we know that fast food known for being unhealthy because of the high amount of fats, calories, and salt that it contains, and consuming these types of food will lead to many health problems such as weight gain, high blood pressure and cholesterol and this will increase the risk for heart disease. There are some food that can increase the risk of hypertension and we should not consume a lot of it such as butter, margarine, fatty meats, whole milk dairy products, fried foods, salted snacks and fast foods and we should avoid eating food that has high in sodium as the American heart association recommend that the daily sodium intake should be less than 1500 milligrams and to reduce the sodium intake we should read the nutrition label and choose that food that has lower in sodium and there are some foods thar are marked “sodium-free”, “unsalted” and “ low sodium” and these types of foods are good for those who suffer from hypertension and the examples of foods that has high in sodium are processed foods such as bacon and sausage and also canned soups, condiments for example soy sauce and salad dressings and also pickled that are vinegar or lemon juice based. There are some ways to eat that can help us to control high blood pressure

(hypertension) for example we should eat foods that has low in fats and salt we can also use spices and herbs instead of salt to our food, We should also use less oil, butter and salad dressing into our food.

Hamda:

what i found out about the survey and what the data shows, I believe that there is a relationship between fast food and hypertension. People who consume fast food more than once a week are higher risk to many diseases such as hypertension. My survey was short, simple and easy to understand and I got a good responses for the open ended questions. The responses wasn't enough to collect data for the research and it was hard to verify truthfulness of the responses. To improve my research i should choose different types of questions to make it more interesting.

Thuraya:

Based on the data I gathered from the survey, hypothesis is correct.

In this experiment I studied the effect of exercise on hypertension levels. My results concluded that exercise immensely affects blood pressure. The variables have a negative correlation, the more you exercise, your blood pressure will decrease. In the experiment the person with hypertension needed to work out for 30 minutes Four days a week. I have kept track of the data for 6 weeks and eventually increased the time to 60 minutes, four days a week. With working out for 30 minutes a day, 5 systolic mm Hg where decreased. As we increased the time to an hour, 9 systolic mm Hg where decreased.
