Not nearly as clean to gain access to application data. Really only the students themselves know. 

    Similar challenge - how to track progress without constant one on ones with students.

    Granularity of change ideas, comparable measures across change ideas (weighing the pros and cons), consolidating change ideas, updating Driver Diagram/Theory of Improvement, resistance around abandoning/adapting change ideas (what level of change is an adaptation vs when should you just abandon and maybe create a change idea)

    How did we define success in the first place, and how does that align with how students define that for themselves? 

    I also think its hard to quantify unquantifiable things such as smiles, fun, laughter. But those formulas are needed for a safe and welcoming environment (CRSE tree) so how and what does that look like if we try to quantify and measure that?

    Measuring progress in terms of language development is a challenge in itself

    The usage of state measures is an known, imperfect measure because we don’t have an assessment that is specific for our target population.
