Wally Jones is now the executive director of Casa Manana Theatre in Fort Worth.

At North Carolina Theatre, Mr. Jones had three major tasks: negotiating union contracts, coordinating corporate trade agreements with hotels and airlines, and overseeing logistics operations for out-of-town personnel. Later, he accepted the role of production supervisor, in which he hired personnel, managed budgets of all shows, secured production elements such as costumes, sets, lighting, and sound, and coordinated auditions, schedules, and casting. During this period, he also started a national touring company for children's theater called William Jones Productions.

His exceptional performance as a production supervisor at the company led to his promotion to executive director/producer. Between 2000 and 2008, he managed budgets for shows, created development and charity programs, acquired new youth talent, and produced music and performances, casting prominent people like Lou Diamond Phillips and Debby Boone.

After eight years, he decided to explore other alternatives and join Casa Manana Theatre, where he took a similar executive director/producer role. Here, he supervises and oversees all aspects of the company, including artistic and administrative roles.
