         <description><![CDATA[<div>I chose this line because too often we choose certain practices that may not necessarily be "best practices" because it is what is easy, or familiar, or what we as the teacher want.&nbsp; It can't be about what "we" want but about what is in the students best interest.&nbsp; The choices we help our students make must be "thoughtful" and "flexible" - we have to be willing to move outside the box of the practice to meet those kiddos needs.</div>]]></description>
