I am king James the first and I am the first puritan king who took over after the Great Queen Elizabeth. I was the first king of England to translate the bible into English calling it the king James bible. I was honored as the name sake for the new English settlement in our newly acquired land of America WE called it Jamestown.

Charles I (1625 - 1649)

I am King Charles the first. I had feud with the parliament which led to the English Civil war. My forces were called royalists or cavaliers, the other side was called Roundheads. We were defeated and I was executed for treason against my country.

Oliver Cromwell I (1649- 1658)

I am Oliver Cromwell. I emerged as a military leader during the English Civil war. I was a puritan Army General. Due to my success I was crowned the Lord protector.

Charles II (1658-1685)

I am King Charles the second i was exiled to france by cromwell. Once i returned i restored England from the Black plague. I also healed the wounds the left by the Civil war. My time period was called the Restoration.

I am King James the second. I had 12 illegitimate children. I solidified the constitutional Monarchy. I laid the foundation for the English bill of rights.

William & Mary 1688 - 1702

I am Mary the daughter of King James the second. I married my 1st cousin William. I ruled with William when parliament overthrew Kind James II. Our rule began the Constitutional Monarchy in England.
