         <description><![CDATA[<div>A major assessment in  unit EDFD548 was to create a sequence of three lesson plans.  Although overall the plans were competently completed and marked with a high grade, the feedback suggested areas for improvement.  <br>Attached is a copy of the feedback and the three lesson plans relating to the NSW Stage 4 PDHPE Syllabus. <br>Feedback was reflected upon and acted on in a religion assessment task. This can be seen in standard 2.3.<br> <br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I have completed multiple assessment tasks in units EDFD604 and EDFD458, drawing from behavioural research in education.</div><div>I hope that throughout my practicums I will be able to put my personal behavioural management plan into action and see areas of improvement. The feedback provided from supervising teachers will enable me to tweak and alter the plan,  improving it after the completion of each practicum so that it is ready upon entering the profession.
