         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Quotient rule is when the both numbers are lined like a fraction and the we subtract the exponents so a bigger way to do is to expand the exponents and to do this 4 times 4 times 4 and the other one is 4 times 4 then we  X out the numbers and then we end up with one also this has the be the same base to do this.also anything riser than 0 is 1.</div>]]></description>
