For many years I’ve been coaching, training, and guiding people with great joy on their life journey. I work exclusively outdoors, both with individuals and groups. Forest bathing is a nature-based practice that is deeply relaxing, healing, and—above all—fosters a strong connection with nature. I’m also passionate about raising awareness of nature for the benefit of both human well-being and the care of the natural world.

As many young professionals struggle with mental, emotional, and spiritual challenges, I feel called to guide them back to nature—because we are nature. The health benefits of reconnecting with the natural world are increasingly supported by scientific evidence worldwide. At the same time, climate, biodiversity, and environmental crises are escalating, making it essential for humanity to raise its collective nature consciousness in order to prevent further harm, restore ecosystems, and support rewilding efforts.
