         <description><![CDATA[<div>Stress is caused by stressors, which there are multiple types of. There are environmental stressors,</div><div>biological stressors, thinking stressors, behavioral stressors, and life change stressors. Environmental stress is caused by your physical surroundings. For example, things like being at a mall during holidays while its busy, or being in a dark room alone can both cause environmental stress. Biological stressors are illness' or injury that cause stress. </div><div>Thinking stressors are mental challenges. Behavior stressors are bad habits such as smoking. Life change stressors are stressors caused big changes in life, such as getting married or a death in the family. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>GAS is a stress related disease in which your body's fight or flight responds to even small stressors, there are 3 stages to GAS. The alarm stage is when your body may have stomach aches and headaches due to your fight or flight response and small stressors. At the resistance stage , your body is more likely to experience disease or injury for the same reasons stated above. At the exhaustion stage you are exhausted in a very serious way. GAS shows what happens if you can not happily cope with your stress. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Sleep well: Getting sleep keeps you in top shape, so you don't feel tired or overwhelmed with too many activities, which in turn avoids stress.<br>2. Keep healthy: Eating well and exercising can keep you in shape, so getting easily fatigued isn't that easy, which again, can help avoid stress.<br>3. Stay positive: Keeping a positive mindset on things help you stay happy, instead of stressed.<br>4. Make sure you have time for fun: Not constantly worrying and having something fun to cope with can take away the stress of everyday life.<br>5. Keep realistic expectations: Realizing not everything can be perfect can lead to you not worrying about small mistakes, and those small mistakes become learning experiences. That takes away a lot of stress that may build up overtime.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Signs and Symptoms of Stress</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Feeling like you have low energy constantly even after doing nothing can be a sign of excessive stress.<br>2. Inability to sleep can be caused when you have to much on your mind (because of stressful situations) and so falling a sleep becomes a chore.<br>3. Stress can cause anxiety in teen, as they are always fearing their due dates or next stressful encounters<br>4. Stress in teens is also known to cause general unhappiness or even depression, as they are just for the first time feeling stress at that level and are thus unhappy.<br>5. Stress in teens can cause moodiness and irritability, because they use unrelated objects or people as an outlet to release anger.</div>]]></description>
