         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Summary:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Outputs from AI,<strong> on their own</strong> cannot obtain copyright protection. </p></li><li><p>However, if a human selects, arranges, or modifies AI output in a<strong> sufficiently creative way</strong>, the resulting work <em>might</em> be eligible for copyright.</p></li><li><p>In such cases, the copyright will <em>only</em> protect the <strong>human-authored aspects of the work</strong>, not the AI-generated portions.</p></li></ul>]]></description>
