The operating system is a key part of interactive devices like computers, it serves as a link that connects their different parts; some of them are the interfaces of our desktops and phones like the menus, buttons, and backgrounds, etc. But there is more complex than that: an operating system is the whole package that manages our computers resources and lets us interact with it. There are two main parts to an operating system, the kernel and the user space.

When we say operating system, we're talking about both the kernel and the user space.

Created by Steve Jobs.

Linux. Open license model, so its code is able to be modificated, utilized and redistributed freely.
