         <description><![CDATA[<div>The individual must have social justice awareness which links to the ability to be able to over look things such as criminal convictions to the LGBTQ group. They must be able to recognise the objective at hand and not get wrapped up in a clients life. They must be able to get straight to the point and resolve the issue. The individual must be empathetic towards the clients which means that the worker must be understand how the client feels, as if to imagine being in their shoes, so to speak. They must be resilience and be able to deliver self care which means that the individual must be able to preserve themselves and have the ability to recover if they've worked themselves to stress and fatigue. They must be able to carry out their tasks as professionally as possible to be able to maintain the standards of the job role. They need to be able to provide good communication skills to be able to provide effective care for the clients. Individuals need to be able to share their skills and qualities along with providing a CV which shows their experience in the sector</div>]]></description>
