In this test version, you can try real website blocking in Chrome or Edge using the Offline Quest browser extension. For example, you can start a Quest that blocks YouTube, then visit youtube.com and check whether the Offline Quest blocked page appears.

Important note: this version can block websites in Chrome/Edge through the extension. It does not yet block phone apps like WhatsApp, Messages, Instagram app, TikTok app, or YouTube app. It also does not yet block full internet access or system notifications. Those features require future Android/iOS companion apps or VPN/DNS support.

This app is designed to help you slow down, understand yourself better and build simple tools for everyday life. It is not about being perfect, always calm, or having everything figured out. It is about learning how to pause, notice what is happening inside you, and return to yourself with more kindness.

Inside the app, you will find an 8-week guided program with short daily practices. Each week focuses on a different theme, such as awareness, body connection, emotions, resilience, self-kindness, thoughts, relationships, and personal growth.
