Today's session was very nice as I learnt about six thinking hats and how much importance of these hats in our writing part.As well I learnt writing skills too.

Key point of the lesson was 'listen to learn'.

Poonam is appointed as TOD(Teacher of the day).

We shared a word from the skippy app. Meaning and sentence on that word was also framed.

Word from my side was 'Analogous' which means 'similar but not identical'.

After that lesson objectives and a few more slides were shared by sir and were read by Vishal, Roshan, Attaur, Neha and few more people.

Now a question has arised -

How is dialog and listening interconnected?

Listening tips during dialog were discussed which are as follows-

1)Listening to understand - Understand the speaker's perspective.

2)Don't make a judgment - Don't judge without listening.

3)Respecting all - Allow to listen to different people irrespective of their age, qualification etc.

4)Speaking your voice - Be patient and gather your own thoughts.

I got to know a way to ask questions from class like - Is there anyone who hasn't understood?

Few more questions discussed late, such as-

What do you want to become in your life?

How does listening play a role in achieving your goals?

After that a topic is assigned to us on which we have to do role play.

Topic for fire team was-

Some students are facing problems in their studies. Then how can they prepare well for the examination?

In this role play, conversation between teacher and students was done.

Last but not the least, we register on wulu app where we can do official chat which will help us in improving our language as shared by our facilitator.

At last, students shared their problems with the facilitator which they are facing nowadays.

Shradha shared - In MOOC, repetition of the same thing is done over and again. Then why  is it done over and again?

Poonam said - Sir, please assign marks also with the assigned work on google classroom.

Anu shared - Not getting enough time to speak in session. Please see it.

And few people shared - Time given to the breakout room is not enough for discussion.

I also shared - Please put random people in breakout rooms instead of putting the same people over and over again.

Important -

This is my request to sir please do focus on each and every student's feedback and resolve their problems.

Everyone has different perspectives. Accept positive feedback as well as negative feedback also instead of thinking that if this person is giving negative feedback, consider it as anti-social.

If you think my point is not valid then don't ask for feedback. Because honest feedback helps in better learning.

And I humbly request to my peers please don't interrupt when a student is saying something to sir. 🙏 Because if we interrupt in between then the same student didn't ask their queries also in future.

It is my humble request to sir, peers as well as padlet please don't mind any of my point.I just said what I feel and observed.
