         <description><![CDATA[<p>TOTAL Major Office Referrals since August 13:             180 students&nbsp;</p><p>                                                                                               220 events</p><p>Of 84% enrolled Hispanic students 16 had 19 "events"</p><p>Of 9.8% enrolled African-American students, 9 different students had 12 events</p><p>Of 3% enrolled White students 3 students had 3 events </p><p>Of 100 Special Education students, 6 students had 6 events</p><p>"Defying Authority" has the highest number of Events</p><p>April Events increased from March in all categories of events. In March there were 22, in April there were 35 major Office Referrals that resulted in Tier I or Tier II consequences</p><p>Total Suspensions to date:  0</p><p>Time of day event spikes:  11:00 - 11:30    and 1:00 - 1:30</p>]]></description>
