         <description><![CDATA[<div>According to the case study Dell Inc has decided to use intermediaries.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Advantages to use intermediaries:&nbsp;</div><div>As wholesalers have better access to clients such as Walmart and Sam's Club, this could potentially result in a flood of orders for the company's items from wholesalers. Furthermore, wholesalers may be able to aid Dell Inc. in reducing expenses and freeing up space. In addition, because of Walmart's extensive distribution network, increasing the channels of sale may increase Dell's chances of competing with other competitor brands such as Lenovo and HP.</div><div>	<br><br></div><div>Disadvantage:&nbsp;</div><div>However, by using intermediaries, Dell Inc loses direct control of its marketing, and the intermediates gain control over where and how Dell's products are marketed.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]></description>
