         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. I learned that Tokugawa leyasu completed the unification of Japan. He won the battle of Sekigahara. This earned him the loyalty of daimyo throughout Japan. Then later on he became the shogun.<br>2. I learned that in the mid-1700s Japan began to shift from rural society to an urban one. <br>3. I learned that samurai went to ceremonial noh dramas. During these they read tales of ancient warriors and their courage in battle.</div>]]></description>
