Being a Para is a HARD job! You have to be all over the school or all over your classroom and you only have a small amount of time to make an impact. Though it could seem that the odds may be stacked up against you: I see so many smiling faces, positive energy, and love radiating on those kids that really need you most.

I feel like the staff team does an amazing job of emphasizing the positive. They never say anything when they catch me making mistakes, but the moment I do something right, they act like I invented sliced bread or something. That makes me feel valued and makes me motivated to do the same for my students.

Making an effort for parents, teachers and students were all connected on a common bound of a movie.

I see and hear teachers truly exploring ways to bring excitement to students and often observe adults at Ault having real conversations with kids expressing interest and learning about them. I love this.
