I read a post from FB that says, " A woman is expected to thrive at work as if she does not have responsibilities at home and she is expected to nurture her home as if she does not have a personal career to take care of". This post summarizes the challenges that women face not just in the workplace but in society in general. The expectations that society has for women is still very unrealistic and old-fashioned and the mental load that women are carrying from her responsibilities is very burdensome.

Being a mother and a father at the same time is quite challenging like a roller coaster-full of twists and turns. Trough work from home set-up, overseeing my daughter's welfare on a daily basis has been solved. However, the role of being the provider is something else. I have been considering different monetary investment vehicles on the side to fill in the gaps of my financial obligation and future plan. And it would be a great help if we could consider offering investment type of benefits to employees wherein a portion of the salary will be deducted regularly which serves as allocation for the investment so we could gain a little bit of dividend annually. Example, Pagibig MP2 everyone may opt to have a regular placement, and the assigned amount will be salary deducted.
