         <title>Why isn&#39;t each component graded on a 4 point scale and then those scores added together to come to 16?  This would allow students to receive a full range of scores instead of just 16, 12, 8, 4 or 0.  Seems unfair to give a kid a C (12/16) with no opportunity to score anything in between that and a perfect score.</title>

         <title>There was such a drop in TDA results between this year and last year.  We can say the teachers are not doing enough, but that is just not accurate.  We did not change how we taught responding to TDAs.  What else could we do differently?</title>
