Completing university education is thought by some to be the best way to get a good job .
- when working you will get a higher salary because of your certificate that is specialized in specific subjects .
Example : having an acounting certificate to work in a bank is better than a high school certificate .
- when having a bachelor degree , you will be able to get high ranks in your job .
Example : when applying to work in the police , you will have a lieutenay rank if you are having a bachelor degree while if having  high school degree your rank is going to be a first sergeant

•Teaching childern at young age is a great way to prepare them to succeed in every aspect of their adult lives .
•The consequence of teching them a new language can increase problem solving skills and creativity ( it increase mental abilities )and this developes curiosity to learn about  different cultures and ideas ( the English language has spreaded in UAE so we have to know how to speak English because it's needed in almost jobs)

•learning new language makes them more comfortable growing up in our increasingly global society , where languages and cultures intersect every day .

1- we will have better opportunities to find jobs . (Because the companies or the government departments search for people who have better education )
Example : doctor need more education because they will work with people who are between live or death)

2- It increases the salary and help people promote faster and easier (because the people who has high degree deserve it because they studied for long time)

 On the other hand,other people think that getting experience and developing soft skills is more important.

1- People are unlike to success without any experience.
2- Experience is important for gaining knowledge.(gaining knowledge in the right way will need some experience because maybe the person gains some unessecary knowledge)
3- Experience will assist you to not fall in errors.
4-It will assist you to find find a good and suitable job in the future.
