         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>Movies are usually made for the entertainment of the audience. But when a movie aims to actually convey a significant message, we need a way other than its monetary success to evaluate its accomplishments. There are a few criteria for this: the media coverage that it receives, how much or how long it inspires people, and the extent to which it conveys a message. In light of these criteria, we can say that movies have so much potential of making an impact on people and be the thought leader of an idea.<br><strong><br>List of criteria:&nbsp;</strong></div><ul><li>Newsworthiness and Reception</li><li>Longevity and Inspiration</li><li>Education and Awareness</li></ul><div><br>Types of Experts:</div><ul><li>Production Crew<ul><li>Requires practical knowledge and experience of the tools they operate.</li></ul></li><li>Actors<ul><li>Acting skills.</li></ul></li><li>Movie Historians<ul><li>Knowledge of the history of filmmaking and how it developed over time. Knowledge of techniques in storytelling and cinematography. Knowledge regarding movements in the film.</li></ul></li><li>Movie Critics<ul><li>Knowledge of current movies, directors, their previous works, generally good knowledge of the fundamental parts of a movie and what is necessary for it. Insight into the industry and knowledge of art movements.</li></ul></li><li>Directors<ul><li>Creativity, planning, technical knowledge of the instruments/tools used in production, knowledge of techniques in filmmaking.</li></ul></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The article is about the factors that define the value of art. Besides the personal and cultural value, there are more concrete elements that can be used in the search for value. These can be listed as Artist, Certificate of authenticity, Subject, Condition, Provenance, Size, Technique, Edition, Quality, Market. Value of art can be impacted heavily by the artist that creates it. Also, sticking to the same style is another factor of increasing arts value.</div><div>Documentation of originality and proof is crucial in determining the value of art because it contains the value of the artist as well.&nbsp;</div><div>Certain subjects will attract more buyers which will increase its value because demand drives price. The restoration of an artwork will increase or decrease the value of art is determined by whether or not the restoration is good. For some artworks being restored and being in good condition is more valuable but sometimes an artwork being untouched is better for its value.</div><div>The value of art work depends on its buyer and the collectionner.</div><div>&nbsp;Size does matter in art. It doesn’t mean that bigger is always better but the level of skill increases when the size increases.&nbsp; Technique is a determinant of value because two works from the same medium can be valued differently according to their technique such as the use of paint, manual work, or the fine materials that are hard to use.&nbsp; Edition is a value factor because, for such mediums like photography or print, the value of the work increases as the edition number decreases. For example, the value of a first edition print is higher than the sixth edition print because it is the original and unique. The quality of the work increases the value of the art piece.&nbsp; Besides from the quality of the, the quality of the work holds as much importance.&nbsp; Marketing is also an aspect that identifies the value of an art piece.&nbsp; Spotting trends and determining what the buyers would want is essential. &nbsp;</div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

Music should be original in the way it captures one's attention and expresses new emotions/ideas. This creativity refers to its adventurousness.&nbsp; Accuracy is an important element when it comes to evaluating music: feelings should be translated to listeners by evoking emotions which makes some extent of accuracy essential.</div><div>An artistic vision enables a more emotional perspective which results in a harmony of&nbsp; structure, balance, length, interplay, selection of instruments…Also artistic vision is required for great improvisation to create this harmony. The music should be genuine. The emotions expressed in the music should be real. The music should not be created with financial intentions. He served as chief sub-editor, and later Northern Editor of the Telegraph from 1960 to 1986, joint chief music critic from 1986 to 2005, and chief music critic of The Sunday Telegraph from 1989 to 2005.
