Hi Angelbert! HAHA what now? Mag encourage pa diay? 
Well, First things first, I know you for such a good person especially in the way you care for and treat those around you. Keep in mind that you are definitely a blessing to others of having a kind heart. I may not know about your silent battles, struggles, or dark moments in life, but I know you're doing your work and effort to be the best version of yourself.  But remember, along the way, you're bound to encounter rough roads, disappointments, and unexpected redirections. And I just want to remind you to be gentle with yourself; I know you feel exhausted, tired, and stressed at times. You've already been through so much, so please take the time to rest; your efforts will pay off in the end. 
Anyways, I am not particularly good of giving encouraging messages jud hahahah but I would love to share with you on what I've read recently na There are already so much problems and conflicts in the world so it's really hard now that you are also at war with yourself. You have been so kind to others, and I hope you'll be even kinder to yourself. Ampiiiiing Always. 🫶
