         <description><![CDATA[<div>This theory suggests that traditional psychometric views of intelligence are too limited. Gardner first outlined his theory in his 1983 book <em>Frames of Mind: The Theory of Multiple Intelligences</em>, where he suggested that all people have different kinds of "intelligences."<br>Gardner proposed that there are eight intelligences, and has suggested the possible addition of a ninth known as "existentialist intelligence."<br>In order to capture the full range of abilities and talents that people possess, Gardner theorizes that people do not have just an intellectual capacity, but have many kinds of intelligence, including musical, interpersonal, spatial-visual, and linguistic intelligences.</div><div>While a person might be particularly strong in a specific area, such as musical intelligence, he or she most likely possesses a range of abilities.          <title>The &#39;Paleo Diet&#39;?</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Other than the vegan and vegetarian diet, many others such as the 'paleo diet' are also used by many people. A paleo diet is a dietary plan based on foods similar to what might have been eaten during the Paleolithic era, which dates from approximately 2.5 million to 10,000 years ago (Word by word from the dictionary.) The meal might contain things like meat, fish, seed and nuts - foods you can get from the wild. The aim of a paleo diet is to return to a way of eating that's more like what early humans ate. The diet's reasoning is that the human body is genetically mismatched to the modern diet that emerged with farming practices — an idea known as the discordance hypothesis. While there are many reasons why people would switch to this new kind of trend, the most common reasons are to lose weight and maintain health.</div>]]></description>
