  • Youth engagement:  As Ron Fry said on day one:  Let’s not do this for the next generation let’s do it with them! - And we are!  

  • The challenge of doing an AI Summit for the community, but not for the client per-se.   For this reason, the client is not being infused with AI, and therefore may not fully “get it.”  

  • Topic Choice – how to infuse the AI spirit into a client so they can sense when a topic is a great AI topic or at least guide them to choose a great topic.  

  • Guiding the client to create the pre-summit interviews findings report. And seeking examples of such reports to share with my client.
