If it's not disrupting the learning environment, why can't they use them to listen to music (i.e. during independent work)?<br><br>ALE - if kids get sent, do they automatically get a Blue? Do they stay there the rest of the day or can they leave after the period?</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- The missing assignment process seems to be clear and attainable. The feedback and review of the process through SLT seems to have helped clarify any confusion on the student/staff expectation.<br><br>- Cafeteria interactions/behavior seem to be way better then previous years! From our perspective- you can't hear the supervisors over the microphone in the hallway trying to redirect students/behaviors like previous years!&nbsp;<br><br>- The math to lunch/lunch to math transitions have improved since reviewing expectations! Thank you to everyone who helped support this!&nbsp;<br><br>- The Amazon ordering process is great! It is so helpful to know we are supported when new ideas/ systems start within our classrooms!&nbsp;<br><br>- We have really loved the immediate administration response when concerns arise about hallway behavior in the back hallway. We so appreciate the help in the moment!&nbsp;<br><br>- Figuring out the buses has been a huge help! (The small bus system on the side and supporting the REACH staff with getting the buses moving).&nbsp;<br><br>- New staff are engaged and working with our team well.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Tracking all behavior concerns with the Yellow and Blue System- it is not consistent so when problem solving with students they are receiving a mixed message.&nbsp;<br><br>-Increasing positive interactions within the main office- sometimes the first reaction is negative which makes everyone (including staff) immediately defensive.&nbsp;<br><br>- Creating positive incentives for students to behave in the hallway- the expectation does not seem to be enough, can we use a special crusader cash for these moments to help?<br><br>- Helping support all hallways, there are holes in the coverage throughout the building. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- How are tardies being marked with students now changing for PE? We have noticed a lot of stragglers in the hallway and when approached, the answer is generally "oh we are going to PE, we change so it's fine). &nbsp;<br><br>- Is there a better way to communicate calling students down to the office or checking where students are besides using the walkie talkies? For staff who use them, it is really distracting in class to have them going off constantly, but we need them if we need behavior/crisis support. Can we figure out a better system potentially?&nbsp;<br><br>- Can we change the color of the hallway pass to something distinctive? It being the same color as a bathroom pass makes it hard for staff in the hallway to determine if they are being effectively.&nbsp;<br><br>- Now that students have lockers, is our expectation for them to use them throughout the day still the same? Just want to make sure we know if it is okay that students are stopping now that we are back in a "normal" usage year.&nbsp;<br><br>- Are there behavioral eligibility expectations for clubs/after school activities like there are academic eligibility standards?</div>]]></description>
