I wonder if they made this into an animation. I believe from all the conflict and action in the book it would be a very powerful series. I was very interested in BlackRose because she was having mysterious dreams and as soon as something happened with her brother, her dreams with the same setting changed, and she actually got a chance to understand deeper to how much her dream played into her journey and to what was going on.

Kite was a key character of the book he had one of the same reasons for playing it as Akira.  He was very devoted to awakening Yasuhiko from his coma.

This shows how Balmung also needed others to help him, he was really fond of the game and wanted to save it. Balmung believes in chivalry. If there is anything out of the ordinary, he'll question it.
