You should start eating veggies and healthy foods so that your future self won't deal with sickness and hospitalizations anymore. "Don't be shy," is the advise I would give to my 10-year-old self.
Fel, I understand how scary it is because all of your classmates may be mean and bully you, but trust me when I say they're only immature kids. Children are intended to be foolish. They're going to cringe as well as they grow up.
Also, be confident. People who are watching you are not thinking about you or what you are doing. They're not thinking of how weird you are because you act like a "boy".
All I'm suggesting is that you should take it easy. Don't put too much pressure on yourself to fit in and please others. You're too young to be stressed in life. Have fun, be young.

If given a chance to have a little chat with my younger self, I'd told her to open up her eyes more. For her to be able to see a bit clearer about all the possibilities. If I could give an advice to my 10-year-old self, I would tell her to enjoy her youth and appreciate life. When I was 10-years-old, I remember wanting to become an adult - to become older. I look up to those older than me thinking, "If only I was their age, then my life would be easier." Well, little did my young self know, adulthood is not that great. So because of this mindset, I never get to appreciate life - I never even showed appreciation to my friends at that time that to this day, I still reminisce and wonder, "What if I had really gave value to my friends that time, maybe we would have been friends until now." I had an adult mindset even when I was still young when I should have just acted my age and enjoy life because I will only become 10-years-old once. Hi! how are you? it's been a long time since someone asked you that. Before anything else, I just want it to put ot there that you are great the way you are living that way. Today, after turning out to be 19 years of age, I can tell what it is like to be a grown up. I came to tell that, we have made this life for me. You're too young to stress things out, just live the life you are living. Don't worry about the rest. Just looking through the glass, I know that you're a bit shy, and that is okay, no need to feel sorry about it. In time you are about to grow just like any other flower that you adore. Be confident! I know even at that young age, we have been through a lot of unfortunate times, but that is going to make us strong. Just hold on, and remember that every lesson may be unpleasant and will get the best out of you but you have to remain strong and happy. Never, ever, be scared to say No. We have learned this the hard way, I don't want to allow your self to be used, and your heart abused. We are way better than that. To my 10 year old self, I miss you! I miss you so much.

I miss waking up in the morning without worrying what is waiting for me that day. I miss playing with my friends during noon time up to sun down. I miss going to school with a lots of "baon" and share it with my classmates. I miss the days when mom used to leave me at my neighbors house because she needs to go the hospital. I miss the story telling at night when our place experience brownouts. I miss my innocents, I miss how lively I was when I was a kid. I miss everything.

As a grew up, I really thank my younger self for enjoying her childhood days. My childhood memories are priceless and if given a chance to go back, I would be happy to experience it again . I did not expect that adulthood can be this hard and confusing. But as the time goes by, I learned a lot during the process and I could say that I handle my old self really well despite of the things that bothers me.

"the first step at being GREAT is to be GRATEFUL". And to my 10 year old cute self(haha). Never forget who you are, the experiences, memories, pains, happiness, the wounds, every little thing about you because that honed you to be the woman you are today. I know you did have a tough time as a kid facing those problems that you are not supposed to care and still you did your best to give it a solution on your own and you did help your own parents. Sup buddy!!! I know it's hard to deal with challenging circumstances that you don't have any idea of. I know it's not easy to get eaten with anxiety every time you are around with a lot of people you're not comfortable with. I know the fear you encounter every time you set yourself too high and got the opposite instead. I know. But don't worry, all of those are experiences that will help you to outgrow yourself and aid you in going outside of your comfort zone. It may be difficult at first, but rest assured that those will make you a better person. I just hope that you will not waste all of the opportunities that will come to you.
