I'm really concerned about the amount of time that I get to spend with my students in class. I struggle with getting around to each student in my classroom during a class period and sometimes I feel like I'm giving all my attention to the students that struggle the most while I miss out on working with other kids.

I really want to be able to create flexible groupings that will allow me more time to meet with every student (either individually or in groups). So I'm hoping that creating challenges for them to work on in teams will help to alleviate this.
