If I have free time I would help other workers to make the necessary adjustments. Breakfast is available from 7 am until 10.30 am or until the expiration of the coupon proceeds from each customer. Then, we will pack goods restaurant to provide the lunch which began at 12.30 pm till 3 pm. If customers for lunch is crowded, then the restaurant will provide food buffet.

I did not do a lot of work at restaurant because not many people are coming, but in the afternoon, many customers at reception who come and my manager told me to send the customers who check in to their room. So, at least I have chance to round that area.

I was with a Nepalese workers who in charge of customers for afternoon tea and dinner. A total of 21 people for tea break and 25 people for dinner. Meals for tea break was served with fried noodles, kuih-muih, coffee, and tea. For dinner, we served with soup or tom yam seafood, white rice, mixed vegetables, and fruits. Usually, we served food for every customers and this can be said a bit tiring because I need to climb some stairs of restaurants if they eat at the upstairs of restaurant.

We need to split this time of work because they need more workers at night to handle the restaurant for dinner time. 183 customers for breakfast and the staff do not win the hand to handle it. A variety of breakfast menu was served like noodles soup counter, roti canai counter, traditional Malay and Chinese cake, plain porridge, plain rice, mackerel cooked stews, chicken cocktail, fried kuey teow, waffle, watermelon and pineapple fruits, and also hot coffee and tea. My daily routine only picked up the plate, wiping the plate, and add any food that had run out of food. It's quite busy from early morning until 10 am. I was supposed to finish work at 3 pm, but because of our shortage of workers in the late afternoon, so I had to get back at 7 pm for dinner that need to handle among 87 of customers.

Breakfast customers was 117 people. Sometimes I watch the counter to get breakfast coupons from each customer and after that I picked up the plate and then add on any food.

Rooms at Sharila resort has a total of 6 groups such as VIP rooms, suites, deluxe, standard, bungalows and budget. My standard room to pack only has one double bed and can put two people per room. Many rooms that need to be cleaned on the first day and.  Total 12 standard rooms that have been checked out including 4 rooms of budget. We divide the room into two groups in order to smooth the work of cleaning. However, in the afternoon around 7 pm, all practical student of 5 people had to work overtime at the restaurant because they do not have enough staff to handle a lot of customers.
