The boy however will be having unrequited love as the girl wll never call him when she is sober. Another idea is to go into London, somewhere like Shoreditch, as this location has walls with many different images and designs that are unique and will bring a sense of colour to the pop video. 
The other settings filmed in will be, for example, a park and a house. The split screen idea is that on one side of the screen the male will be in his room alone whereas on the other side you will see the girl leaning on the wall. This shows the connection they will have through the phone call, but at the same time the division between them as they are so far apart. 
The fast cuts and whip pan will allow for a change of setting at a fast paced.
