I have had a lot of growth from this change, I attended alot of training and I am now way more productive than before this change was implemented.

The work in our area is limited and not really any options for the industry i have worked in for the last 11 years so i applied for a job which was completely different to anything i have ever done. I got the job and i wasn't to sure if i was going to like it. I am now really enjoying this job and it also gives me flexibility to still work in our own business. I feel i have embraced this change well and now believe it is good idea to keep an open mind when trying something new.

At first I did not like this as usually I was very quick. But than I learned to take my time and I started enjoying it more.

At first i found it hard to be happy about the change, But once i had got used to it the i benefited from it by gaining confidence that i didnt think that i had and also Standing up for myself more.
