Jessa's dad was a veteran and Didis dad was psychologist for wounded soldiers. Didi was always around people from the Military and it turned into obsession to make sure she could talk it out with every soldier even though when she grew up and realized she couldn't help every soldier that didn't change her mind she wanted to help as many as she could. Didis mom was a sex therapist so she had no troubles with boys because her mom could tell if he was the right one from just looking at them. The second picture is for Didi. She is a giving person and she works in the hospital where Walker is and that is how they fall in love. Walker is “blind” in the book but then his Dr said that it was all in his head and there is nothing physically wrong with walker. So that is what Dr. Phill and Walker would be talking about and Didi he would have for a guess and also Didis father his doctor. 
Dr. Phill: So today we have a gust name walker and he is a Veteran an marine and be lost his eye sight but their is nothing physically wrong with his eyes. It’s all in his head. 
Walker: I came here today for you to give me some idea on how to get my eye sight back
Dr. Phill: Well let’s talk to your Dr. about the situation. 
Walkers Dr.: so we did do surgery on his eye and found nothing physically wrong with it. I think the only thing to get his eye sight back is for him to talk about what happened the day the accident happened. 
Didi: I have also tried to get walker to talk about it but he will not talk to me about it and we’re in a relationship I’m not gonna think of him any different or anything like that. 
Dr. Phill: Walker why are you so scared to talk about your experience?
Walker: I just don’t wanna re live that moment everytime I close my eyes I go back to that moment and I just don’t wanna do it.

Love: Making each other happy, forget about your demons.: Didi makes walker forget about what has happened to him in the war
Family: someone who never leave your side during the worst chapter in your life. Sanchez was always there for him unlike his brother and after his accident happened his girlfriend broke up with him.
Fun: fun in this book is goin swimming working out going outside cause that’s all they can do in this book. 
Hope: is never giving up. Didi will never give up on trying to get Walkers side of the story on his accident.
Moving on: is letting go of your demons and walker can’t do that.
Nightmares: is closing your eyes and reliving the worst day of your life.
Friend: friend isn’t just friend it’s family. Walker and Sanchez.
Happy: is being with Didi or on the boat sailing.
Depression: is having it all and still feeling sad. Walker has Didi and the best hospital but he can never think of the positive
Positive; there’s nothing positive in Walkers mind expect Didi.
Faith: is praying every night that walker will get his sight back.
Scared: Walker is so scared of loosing Didi.
Irritating: Is what walker feels whenever someone tries to help him

For example Didi and Walker learned that if its true love it will come back. Didi also probably learned that don't let you work and your love life intervene. A very important lesson is when someone's hurting talk to them just don't put it off. What happened with this is someone in the book dies names Dodds and the night before he committed suicide he ask if he could talk to someone and they said we will talk to you tomorrow but their was no tomorrow.
