Therefore, its arrangement is always pleasing thus, it is beautiful. Even though there are many elements and principles present in a painting, every part fits (part to part and part to whole) even with its variety of subject technique, materials, style, etc. However, what really makes a painting come to life would be its color. Therefore, color is the most important element in a painting. What is very unique about it is that there is an unceasing interaction between the material and the operations of the artist in the art of painting.

Both perspectives create an illusion of real space. The foundation of the perspective in the painting is element of Line. There are 2 kinds of arrangements in value namely, Chiaroscuro and Tenebrism. Chiaroscuro is an arrangement where there are different patches of light and dark. Tenebrism on the other hand is an arrangement where there is a source of light, and there is concentration around it. The value gets dim as the other subjects move away from the source. This particular source of light is always seen in the painting. We may observe that these children are street children through the shape and form of their bodies and even the color and texture of their tattered clothing. Just like Da Vinci's original painting there are certain scenarios in the painting that Joey Velasco portrayed as well, such as the child holding a handbag who is mimicking Judas Iscariot's action in the original painting where he was holding a bag of money. All the children are doing some sort of action that either mimics their real life situation or a scenario in the original last supper by Leonardo Da Vinci. All the children have the same value so that we may give equal attention to each of them. The one with the higher value would be Jesus Christ with the brightened Halo around his head and high value on his face. This gives us a better glimpse on his facial expression which somehow conveys a message of sympathy and sadness for the children around him. This painting seems to convey a message that Jesus is present amongst us and is always there for His children. The painting shows us that whatever you are and wherever you may have come from, Jesus will always be there for you and He empathizes with you.
