         <description><![CDATA[<p>There are 5 differnt food groups that make up most of the foods the avrage person eats every day</p><p><br/></p><ol><li><p>grains</p></li><li><p>dairy</p></li><li><p>fruit</p></li><li><p>vegtibles</p></li><li><p>lean meats</p></li></ol><p><br/></p><p>these 5 food groups can result in a balenced verigty full diet. </p><p><br/></p><p>the grains catagory contains the foods, cereals, breads, rice,nooddles,pasta, panckaes, muffins, and many mre deltouse foods. these regular foods we eat everyay are acctually packed with carbohydrates, fibers, b vitamens, minerals and protien. </p><p><br/></p><p>for dairy, this food group is milk, cheese, yogurt, anthing that comes from an animal. some benifits coming from dairy are improvment in bones from calcium, protien, vitamains, and many more things to improve your body.</p><p><br/></p><p>fruits acctually have multiple groups for themself, like banna's are in the tropical catagory, lemons in the citrus group, peaces in a stone fruit catagory and strawberries in the berrie group. these delicuse sweet foods are acctually packed with multiply benifits fro your body like improves digestion, helps with your imune system and reduces risk of heart diseas. </p><p><br/></p><p>vegtibals are are one of the greatest sources of protien.  in this catagory we see the foods dark green leefy plants, root vegtibals, legumes/ beans, and many more. these little grean leefy foods are pcked full of all kinds of benifits for your body, such as, vitamains, minarals, fiber and many more things to keep you healthy.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
