Could we have a more intensive intro for new teacher onboarding to get caught up on the PBIS and CHAMPS climate we have here at Hunt.

Maybe we can train a teacher per content area to be the "WICOR Wizard" of their teams to advocate and articulate WICOR strategies in their planning. I think this could make things more intentional.
