The theme 'Landforms' after 'Seasons' is well organised.
The key concepts as per tender age such as how Mountains are formed, to what we call Peninsula, Island and Bay are neatly explained, and along with drawings it helps the kids to remember them easily.
The inclination given and imparted understanding such as why Camel is regarded as the Ship of the Desert, why we have sloppy roofs of the house on the Mountains, importance of camouflage clothes in rain-forests to build thought provoking aspect in the kids is praiseworthy.
Another noticeable thing is the corresponding conducted activities, related tasks and quiz that also help in building knowledge in general.

Hereby attaching the picture of Mountain Landform model made during Culmination session of the theme demonstrating fauna (Yak and Raven) and flora (Pine Tree), sloppy roof house, snowy mountains, with waterfall (cotton) and rocky valley (made with pebbles).

Thank you for inviting us today for the Theme Culmination. It was amazing to watch kids answering each and every question without any assistance. I have seen a lot of improvement in Gunbir's performance after going to school.
The theme 'Landforms' are so well organized and taught that for answering questions sometimes I have to take help of google but Gunbir answers them confidently in a second. Thank you for letting me know that he loves to visit mountains and knows each and every landforms. You have taught him in such a way that even when I did not help him in his revision, he knew each and every answer related to the landforms. After watching this, I got to know that he loves mountains than any other landforms. Even today when We were making dessert project, he wanted to make something with mountains but as our theme was decided so did that. Although I have promised him that we gonna make mountain project soon and submit that too. Shivanshi has found all the themes that have been taken up in EVS in this session - Food, Seasons and of course Landforms - very interesting! Just day before yesterday, she took me by surprise when she came across a picture of the Earth and blurted-"Inner core, Outer Core, Mantle, Crust". I did not even know about these terms until I was in 6th class. Many a times, I have seen her singing the song - I love the Mountains -complete with actions standing in front of the mirror. She also loved making her Forest Model and going to Jim Corbett next week to see the wildlife in their natural habitat. Mountain, desert, plains, rivers, animals, ocean, Indian culture and their different traditions. I attended the session with him today and we explored great learning of doing things in new ways.

Session about Earth and it's different layers was cherry on the cake that makes me surprised how butifuly he learn at this early age. Now he used to tell me that which tree grows on mountain, desert and on plains.

"Alice the camel" has become one of his favourite rhyme to sing. While making desert drawing, he was so excited & involved like mumma let's make oasis here, let me draw some more sand dunes & cactus.
