I once left my fitbit in a sports hall in a school in Bermondsey and felt kind of defeated because I lose things a lot, and you woke up at 5am to go there and retrieve it before the kids started school and found it. You always find my stuff and I always lose things, soz. You are kind, thoughtful, radical, funny and a really good cook. Most of all we have so much fun just hanging out or doing things. I know we haven’t seen each other in a while, but that does not mean I don’t smile when I see your face pop up on my feed and I see your adventures. You are a fearless person, I remember starting the UAL Roller Derby team with you, how you developed as a person and grew in to being basically the team leader who always helped the others, you are dedicated to the things you love and you are never afraid to try anything. Hey Rosie. It's shit that we haven't hung out lately but I don't think that really matters because we'll always pick up where we left off.

It's so weird when my friends and work collide, like that time we worked together with J. It's always a risk recommending friends for jobs but you were calm, reliable and cool that day. I actually think working with troubled kids is a missed calling for you, but that's just my opinion.

Anyway I think this is a pretty nice thing that Sian has done for you. I hope you know I'm always around ifyou need me.

Make sure you do little things every day for you, playing music or art. Even just nothing at all if that feels good. You totally deserve every moment like that.

You’re one of the best humans I know. I was so used to holding my breath and not being completely myself at school because I spent time with people I didn’t click with but as soon as I met you I was like wow a genuine person not all people are robot people. Hanging out with you made me feel more open in general, like I could completely be myself. I love how kind, open, warm and honest you are and how much passion you have for your values and what you believe in politically. You’re so fun and you can make all situations enjoyable. (Remember that time you shat in the shower LoL) I know you feel like poop a lot but please remember you’re not poop you’re so important in so many ways. I’m so proud of you for embracing your non binary identity and fighting to feel comfortable in your skin. I know you’re gonna get there & get closer to feeling yourself & I can see you’ve come so far in so many ways in the time I’ve known you even though I know you don't feel like it sometimes. There are no words that can describe how much you mean to me. I don't know many things for certain but I do know life would be so much shittier and dull and poop if I hadn't met you all those years ago. So I wrote you an acrostic:
