Additionally, Nancy does not know what to do when there is an error that flashes on the screen, or the platform suddenly freezes. If it were not for her children or perhaps the husband, she would not be able to get out of the dilemma. Thus, the  service should allow users to see personal reviews to allow Nancy to get a better grasp of the show or movie, and the service should also provide instructions to troubleshoot the problem when errors appear.
